Air Conception Dream with Atom 80

NEW 18 MM CARBON CAGES 140 & 150 CM

The DREAM frame can be equipped with classic titanium cages or with our new 18 mm carbon cages with a diameter of 140 & 150 cm, perfectly securing the 125, 130, 135 & 140 cm propellers. Those can be dismantled in a few seconds for a very compact size. These new carbon cages are fully backwards compatible and can also be installed on a titanium race v1 or v2 frames.

All elements of the cages (quarter carbon tube and polyamide connectors) are available as spare parts in case of accidental damage.

Info

The TYPHOON is an intermediate PPG wing, for pilots who are looking for accessible performance and a stable yet sporty ride. Its light sail makes for a very easy launch, especially in light-wind conditions, and it’s the perfect, go-anywhere adventure wing. An all-rounder it’s the perfect partner for cross-country exploration, dynamic carving, and weekend cruising – all wrapped with BGD’s signature handling and style.

The TYPHOON is a little bit sportier and a little bit faster than the BLIZZARD, and will be the choice of pilots with wide-ranging experience. Choose to fly a bit lower in the weight range for slightly more chilled reactions if you’re lighter on experience.

Designer’s notes

The TYPHOON is easy to launch and forgiving to fly, but still wakes up your senses in the sky. The aspect ratio of 5.14 adds a touch of glide and precision, while the updated reflex profile keeps it rock-solid at speed. The trimmers have a 12cm range, with smooth brass roller-cams for durability and ease of use, and a speedbar system adds another 12cm of acceleration. Tip-steering toggles come as standard, and the risers are versatile with both high and low hangpoints. Launching is super clean and intuitive thanks to the solid nose and optimised line layout. Whether you’re cruising cross-country or carving around clouds, the Typhoon turns every flight into a joyride.

Design

The significant improvement in the basic parameters of the Warp was possible due to:

  • slightly altered profile and decreased modifying its geometry when changing the angle of attack
  • incorporating the LE3D system, used in new generations of our wings
  • clean three-row rigging with 17% less lines used, resulting in less drag.

The entire structure of internal reinforcements, including the advanced diagonal support system 3Y and 3Y double (passing through two cells and ribs at once) plays a large role in the stability of the wing. It is further complemented by carefully tuned controls, an integrated PA (Power Attack) system and, of course, the highest quality materials used for production.

PROPERTIES

During take-off, the wing requires less attention from the pilot than in the previous version.
The wing eagerly rises above the pilot’s head during the run-up and efficiently takes him into the air even at maximum take-off weight, and even at considerable altitudes above sea level (some of tests were carried out at an altitude of 1100 m asml).

Pleasant, precise steering, especially in the upper range of the take-off weight. The progression of the required braking force helps to avoid too large angle of attack. In longer flights, steering comfort is ensured by the TST system, indeed necessary at maximum flight speeds. Its use does not affect the reflex properties of the airfoil. The maneuverability of the new Warp is impeccable, just like the previous version.

The reflex profile is a guarantee of safety in the entire speed range, even at low angles of attack, while ensuring a high maximum speed, much higher than in the Warp 1. Higher speed and lower fuel consumption allow for increased flight range.

Ozone Viper XC Paramotor Wing

The Viper 5 and Viper XC share the same cell count, profile, aspect ratio, and low-drag line plan. The Viper XC’s riser lines are sheathed for ease of use. Proven in countless PPG competitions including the World Championships, the Ozone reflex profile remains solid throughout the speed range and accepts low angles of attack, enabling a very high top speed.

The Viper XC features winglets for increased roll and spiral stability, making the wing easier to control, more efficient and more comfortable in flight. Their positive effect can be immediately felt regardless of wing loading, motor type, or style of flight. The increased roll stability is ideal for XC adventure at high speeds.

Risers

The dedicated Viper XC riser system is available in two versions. The standard risers are suitable for the majority of pilots and are shorter, simpler, and easier to use than the PK risers. The standard risers offer long range trimmers, fully adjustable brake pulley heights, neoprene brake handles and strong magnet clips. The PK risers are for pilots who want the direct action of the PK system for faster acceleration. Both risers feature the 2D steering system for efficient high-speed control.

Pilot

This is an advanced wing designed for experienced pilots.
